LS Retail Purchase Return Order — Centara fields

The Centara eMessaging for LS Central connector adds three actions to both the LS Retail Purchase Return Order card and its list view. The headline addition is the Send action, which delivers a PEPPOL RETANN (return notification) to vendors that are configured to receive electronic return notifications.

LS Retail Purchase Return Order (Card)

Three new actions appear under the processing group, and the same three are promoted to the Process action category.

Action	What it does
Send	Sends a Purchase Return Order message to the vendor. If the vendor has Receives RETANN enabled on the Vendor card, the order is sent as a PEPPOL RETANN message via CentaraIQ and a confirmation is shown (“Retan Message sent to Vendor Name …”). If the vendor does not receive RETANN, the action falls back to emailing the standard purchase document PDF. In either case, the order is automatically released after sending.
&Print	Prepares to print the return order. Opens the standard report request window where you can choose what to include on the print-out.
Attach as PDF	Creates a PDF rendering of the return order and attaches it to the document as a document attachment, so a printable copy travels with the BC record.

LS Retail Purchase Return Order List

The same three actions are exposed on the list view so they can be triggered without opening the card.

Action	What it does
Send	Same as on the card — sends RETANN to vendors that accept it, falls back to email otherwise.
&Print	Same as on the card — opens the print request window.
Attach as PDF	Same as on the card — generates a PDF and attaches it to the document.

How this fits together

The Send action ties LS Retail return orders into the standard Centara eMessaging outbound flow:

1. User triggers Send on a Purchase Return Order
2. Connector checks the vendor’s Receives RETANN flag
3. If enabled, a PEPPOL RETANN message is generated and dispatched via CentaraIQ
4. If disabled, the order falls back to standard email delivery
5. Either way, the order is released
