Centara additions to the standard BC Sales Order card and list: PDF factbox, inbound e-document marker, line-recreation timestamp, and job queue notifications.

This page documents only the Centara additions to the standard Business Central Sales Order. Standard BC fields (customer, dates, payment terms, etc.) are documented on Microsoft Learn.
Outbound PEPPOL behaviour for sales orders is governed centrally on Sales & Receivables Setup. The fields below mostly surface the consequences of that configuration on a per-document basis.
Sales Order Card
General
| Field | What it controls |
|---|---|
| From Inbound e-Document | Read-only flag indicating that this sales order was created from an inbound PEPPOL e-document rather than entered manually. When set, the e-invoice total comparison fields on the lines subform become visible. |
| Lines Recreated On | Date and time the lines on this order were last recreated from the source e-document. Only shown when the order originated from an inbound e-document. Highlighted to draw attention because re-creation may have changed quantities, prices, or line structure. |
PDF factbox
When the order originated from an inbound e-document, a PDF factbox appears in the right-hand pane showing the original e-document attachment. Visibility is controlled by the Show PDF Factbox toggle on Sales & Receivables Setup; turn it off if you don’t want the preview to load on every sales order.
Sales Order List
The Centara extension does not add any visible columns to the Sales Order List. When the list opens, the extension checks whether the Centara job queues are reporting errors and surfaces an in-product notification if so. No action is required from the user other than to address the failing job queue via the Centara Setup card.
