The Centara Island.is Connector for Sales Documents adds an outbound action to the posted sales invoice and posted sales credit memo, both on the card and on the list. The action delivers the posted document to the customer’s Ísland.is mailbox via the Centara Island.is service.

Send to Island.is

The action appears under the Processing menu on each page.

Posted Sales Invoice card	Sends the current invoice to the recipient’s Ísland.is mailbox.
Posted Sales Credit Memo card	Sends the current credit memo to the recipient’s Ísland.is mailbox.
Posted Sales Invoices list	Sends every selected invoice. Use Ctrl+A or multi-select to dispatch a batch in one go.
Posted Sales Credit Memos list	Sends every selected credit memo.

The action hands the document off to CTAISS Data Generation Logic which serialises the BC data, looks up the recipient via the connected Ísland.is service, and queues the message for delivery. Status and delivery confirmation are tracked through the standard Centara Messages workflow — see Centara Messages for status codes and resend options.

The action is always visible. It does not validate up-front whether the recipient has an Ísland.is mailbox — the Ísland.is service returns an error during delivery if they don’t, which surfaces on the message in Centara Messages.
