Centara eMessaging additions to the LSC Retail Users list and the LSC Setup Retail Users setup view — the No Store Filter override that lets regional managers see across stores.

LSC Retail Users — Centara fields

The Centara eMessaging for LS Central connector adds a single field to two views of the same underlying user list — the day-to-day LSC Retail Users page and the LSC Setup Retail Users variant used inside the setup wizard. The field is identical on both pages, and changes made in either view affect the same user record.

Standard LS Central fields are documented in the LS Retail help portal. Only the Centara addition is described here.

LSC Retail Users

The Centara field appears as a column on the user list.

FieldWhat it controls
No Store FilterWhen selected, the user sees all inbound e-documents regardless of which store they were routed to — the per-store filter is disabled for this user. When cleared (the default), the user only sees documents routed to their assigned Store No. Enable this for regional managers, central AP staff, or anyone who needs visibility across stores.

LSC Setup Retail Users

The same column appears in the setup-wizard variant of the user list, so the No Store Filter override can be set up while configuring retail users for the first time.

FieldWhat it controls
No Store FilterIdentical to the field on LSC Retail Users — see above. Setting it here is equivalent to setting it on the regular user list later.

How this fits together

The No Store Filter field is one half of the inbound document visibility model described in the LS Central overview:

  • Each user has a Store No. assignment that limits the Inbound Documents inbox to that store’s documents
  • Each store has a Default Approver (see LSC Store Card) that receives those documents
  • Toggling No Store Filter on lifts the per-store filter for a single user so they can see across all stores
