Centara Island.is Connector additions to the Winn Claim Card and Winn Claim Overview: a Send to Island.is action that dispatches Wise Collection claims through the Ísland.is mailbox service.

The Centara Island.is Connector for Wise Collection Claim adds a delivery action to the Winn Claim card and overview pages so collection claims can be sent to the debtor’s Ísland.is mailbox via the Centara Island.is service.
This page documents only the Centara additions. The Send action only works when the Ísland.is connector has been enabled in Winn Collection System Setup — see Winn Collection System Setup — Ísland.is fields for the connector toggle.
Send to Island.is
The action appears under the Processing menu on both pages.

Delivery is handled by CTAWCC Subscribers: BC serialises the claim, the Ísland.is service resolves the recipient by national ID, and the message is queued through the Centara Messages workflow. Use Send Collection Claims to Ísland.is for the bulk worksheet experience instead of one-by-one sends from the claim pages.
The action is always visible. It does not check up-front whether the debtor has an Ísland.is mailbox — the Ísland.is service returns an error during delivery if they don’t, which surfaces on the message in Centara Messages.
