This page documents the fields and actions added to Centara Setup by the Centara eMessaging Icelandic Localization extension. The base Centara Setup card is documented under Centara Setup — this page only covers the Icelandic-specific additions.

General — additions

The Icelandic Localization adds two fields to the General tab.

Field	What it controls
Auto Fill Reg.No	Automatically fills the Registration Number on new Icelandic Customer and Vendor cards from the No. field when the No. is a valid Kennitala.
Validate Reg.No	Validates that the Registration Number is exactly 10 digits (the Kennitala format) on Icelandic Customers and Vendors. Rejects shorter or longer values.

Actions

Two batch actions are added to the Processing ribbon for filling in missing Kennitala numbers across the existing master data.

Action	What it does
Update Customer Registration Number	Iterates every Customer where the Registration Number is empty and, if the Customer No. is a valid Kennitala (10 digits after stripping -), copies it into the Registration Number field. Confirms before running.
Update Vendor Registration Number	Same as above, for Vendors.

Both actions are safe to re-run — they only touch records where the Registration Number is currently empty.
