Advanced Posting Templates are line-level extensions of a Vendor Posting Template that add reference-based matching. While a base template applies to every line in scope, an advanced entry can say “but if the line carries property Color = Blue, post to account 6100 instead”. Each row is keyed by Vendor Template Code + Entry No. and adds its own dimensions, approver, and posting target.
Turn on Use Advanced Vendor Posting Template in Centara Setup to make this list the active resolution path.

| Deferral Code | (Hidden by default) Deferral template for matching lines |
| Job No. | The related project — together with Project Task No., posts a project ledger entry alongside the purchase line |
| Job Task No. | The related project task |
| Approval User | The user that approval requests are routed to for lines matching this advanced row |
| Shortcut Dimension 1–8 | Default dimension codes applied to matching lines (only configured shortcut dimensions are visible) |
Actions

| Dimensions (Alt+D) | Opens the full dimension editor (beyond the 8 shortcut dimensions) |
Deleting an advanced row asks for confirmation by code + entry number. The matching reference rules attached to the row (in the Advanced line properties sub-page) are deleted at the same time.
