Purchase Documents Worksheet

A unified worksheet across Purchase Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos, and Return Orders — designed for AP supervisors who need to see every active purchase document with its status, approver, and amounts in one place. The PDF preview factbox shows the original inbound document where available.
