This page documents only the Centara behaviour on the standard Business Central Sales Credit Memos list. Standard BC fields and actions are documented on Microsoft Learn.
The Centara extension does not add any visible columns or actions to this list. When the list opens, it checks whether any Centara job queues are in an error state and raises an in-product notification if so. This is the same job-queue health check that runs from other Centara sales list pages. To resolve a reported error, open Centara Setup and inspect the failing job queue.
Outbound PEPPOL behaviour for credit memos — including when they are sent, to which customer endpoint, and how amounts are mapped — is configured on Sales & Receivables Setup. After posting, a credit memo’s outbound status is visible on the Posted Sales Credit Memo page.
