The Centara eMessaging extension adds a single field that lets approval reminders fire before a document hits its due date rather than only after.

| Field | What it controls |

| Days before Due date | Number of days before the document due date when an approval reminder is sent. Only enabled when Notification Type is set to Overdue — the field reuses the overdue plumbing to deliver a pre-due reminder. Leave blank (or 0) to keep the standard overdue-only behaviour. |
